Johnson & Johnson’s is the leading baby care brand in India. Moms trust Johnson’s to be the best for their babies. Unfortunately, the brand went through an ingredient safety related PR crisis in mid-2013. Negative word of mouth on social media & newspapers led to skepticism & uncertainty amongst our consumers.
Blitz Design came up with the idea of developing an informative explainer video that would address the PR crisis in a “public friendly” manner.
Blitz Design completed the explainer video within 25 working days. With hand drawn illustrations and crystal clear voice over in the play. Later the video contributed in a steady revival of Johnson & Johnsons’ brand identity.
